We are now accepting applications for the following positions:

Ministry Services RepresentativeWestville, NJ, USA.

Purpose:

To process all donations and purchases in a helpful, timely and organized manner.

Objectives:

  • Take product orders & donations over the phone.
  • Answer questions about our products and ministry.
  • Sort and scan all checks and credit orders arriving through the mail.
  • Cover receptionist responsibilities– receiving of multiple calls and transferring to correct departments.

Position Qualifications:

  • Previous ministry or office experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to learn internal computer programs.
  • Dedicated Christian who demonstrates an understanding and must be in agreement with FOI's mission, principles and practices, and statement of faith.
  • Good interpersonal skills with fellow employees.

Other:

  • Any other duties as directed by the Ministry Services Supervisor
  • Full Time - 35 hours/week

Training and Personal Development:

The ministry services representative will receive training on the Donor software program. Other training will be provided as needed.

P/T Shipping ClerkWestville, NJ, USA.

Reports to: Shipping Manager

Purpose:

To assist in the distributing and receiving of ministry material.

Position Qualifications:

  • Able to lift packages over 50 lbs.
  • Able to operate a forklift.
  • Must have valid drivers license.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Dedicated Christian who demonstrates an understanding and must be in agreement with FOI's mission, principles and practices, and statement of faith.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Follow inventory control procedures.
  • Pick up mail at the Post Office.
  • Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Prepare orders for shipment and receive incoming shipments.

Other:

  • Any other duties as directed by the Shipping Manager.
  • 12-15 hours a week with additional seasonal hours

Training and Personal Development:

Attend all mandatory training sessions.
