The Friends of Israel has a 30-day return policy for most items in new condition. You may return the product with a description of the problem and why you are returning it. For more information, please call 1-800-257-7843.

Most shipments will be sent using USPS (United States Postal Service).
United States
Orders up to $29.99 = $4.95
$30 and above = $6.95

Outside the US
Orders up to $12.00 = $8.50
$12.01 and above = $16.95

Canada -- 1-2 weeks
Central/South America, Europe -- 2-3 weeks
