HAMAS SAID TO RECRUIT 30K YOUTHS

Saudi sources said that Hamas has recruited 30,000 youths to join their ranks. “The Saudi Al Arabiya Channel, citing Palestinian sources, said in its report that most of the recruits had undergone training in secret camps run by the wing (Hamas’s military wing Izz Ad Din- Al Qassam Brigades). However, the recruits reportedly lack military training beyond ‘guerrilla warfare,’ rocket fire, and planting explosives.” Hamas is running low on weapons, especially drones and long range missiles. When the youths were recruited is uncertain, but it could have possibly occurred during the cease fire.

Meanwhile, 59 hostages remain in captivity by Hamas, with 24 presumed alive, while 35 are confirmed dead. Hamas’s health ministry claims 51,000 Palestinians have died in the war, while the IDF assesses the death toll at 20,000, along with 1,600 terrorists killed in the October 7, 2023 assault.

The words that Hamas ‘recruited’ 30,000 youths seems suspect. A phrase in the article states that ‘these figures could not be independently verified and do not differentiate between combatants and civilians.” Such is the case in dealing with a terrorist organization like Hamas. Their figures cannot be believed, as they are often a matter of fact or fiction, true or false. Most times they are false and fictitious.
